I have it currently deployed on https://scary-experiments.firebaseapp.com/
Tested and working on Chrome, two versions of Firefox (one modern, one old), Edge and IE11.

IE11 does something weird when navigating. It does a full page reload, which I think might be a weirdness in how IE11 reacts to the base tag, but haven’t had time to investigate this further.

Edge will get the compiled version, for any versions before the Windows 10 Creators Update (https://github.com/Polymer/browser-capabilities/blob/master/src/browser-capabilities.ts#L80)

Note that I’m using my scary-experiments project for all sorts of stuff, so the content is likely to change and/or disappear in the future.
